Pictures or video of the item and outer packaging help us review damage, defects, incorrect goods, or missing parts. For a privacy inquiry, identify the right or action requested so that we can verify the requester and locate the appropriate information.
A reply may take additional time during seasonal peaks or holidays, while a carrier conducts an investigation, or if essential details have not yet been supplied. We will explain any further information reasonably required.
