Orders made on this website can include drink bottles, tumblers, hydration add-ons, coffee and tea accessories, and bags. We generally need about 1–2 business days to prepare an order. Once the parcel leaves our facility, its anticipated journey is 3–5 business days. Timing is an estimate rather than a promise and can be affected by holidays, severe weather, carrier volume, or local delivery conditions.
The checkout page determines whether an order qualifies for free shipping and shows any charge before payment. Please provide a deliverable street address together with a current email and telephone number. When tracking is issued, initial scans may take time to appear.
For a stalled or lost shipment, a delivered scan without a located parcel, or damage in transit, send us the order number, checkout email, tracking information, and useful photographs. A carrier review may be required. Certain destinations, addresses, or items may not be eligible for service; if safe delivery is unavailable, the order may be cancelled with payment returned.
